I have narrowed it down to three places:
1. Blue River Hotel (link)
2. Du Vuong Hotel (link)
3. Luan Vu Guest House (link)
My initial choice was Bich Duyen Hotel. Wonderful reviews, but no more vacancies!
All three others are with quite good reviews and probably less than 2o SGD per night. Links bring you to Trip Advisor. You can do your own mini research to see which one you prefer :)
